The agreement included cooperation in all fields of training and development, benefiting from the capabilities available to both parties. Including the exclusive marketing of NOSA programs in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf countries where SESP under this agreement is the exclusive agent of NOSA. The agreement was signed by the Chairman of the Institute, the Chief Executive Officer of the Power Transmission Company, Eng. Laith Bin Ahmed Al Bassam, and by NOSA CEO Duncan Carlisle. The signing was attended by Eng. Khalid bin Abdulrahman Al Taaimi, Executive Vice President of Generation, a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute. Also present were the Chargé d’affaires of the South African Embassy in the Kingdom, and the Director General of Technical and Vocational Training, Eng. Walid Basliman.
